Looking to buy new MB to support my current LGA775 processor (Q9550). I have not seen anything that is PCI-E 2.1, so I was just curious if the MB is PCI-E 16x 2.0 compliant can I use a PCI-E 2.1 card?

Also If anyone has a suggestions on a board, let me know.

Thanks!

Yes, you can use a 2.1 device in a 2.0 slot. Not an issue. Good luck!

hmm wiki has one line on it. Nothing major, probably why i've never heard of it. Highly doubt there's motherboard support yet (or ever)...
