Additional Comments: My main concerns are if they are compatible, if i can fit them all in HAF 912 the CPU fan is huge and if i can still use my PSU which is working fine and ofcourse what motherboard to get. Any advice or opinion is welcome

Looks pretty good! Your PSU will be fine with that system with a little room to spare. You will also have plenty of room in the HAF 912 for the Hyper 212 cooler even if you decide to add a second 120MM fan to it...

Thanks for your fast replies! But 2 out of those 3 mobos have like 30% one and two eggs from user reviews so i think i'll get the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 unless i find any issues but if you have more recommendations feel free to tell! There's still a lot of time until i buy it after all.
