Approximate Purchase Date: this month or the next

Budget Range: under 140$ for mobo preferably much less

Country: greece

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming mostly

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, DVD-RW, hard drives, OS and PSU

Parts Preferences:
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz

CPU fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB(2x4GB) DDR3 1600

Video Card: EVGA GTX 560 Ti FPB

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912

PSU: my old Corsair HX620W if it's good enough for this build

Motherboard: see title and below

Additional Comments: My main concerns are if they are compatible, if i can fit them all in HAF 912 the CPU fan is huge and if i can still use my PSU which is working fine and ofcourse what motherboard to get. Any advice or opinion is welcome :)

Thanks for your fast replies! But 2 out of those 3 mobos have like 30% one and two eggs from user reviews so i think i'll get the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 unless i find any issues but if you have more recommendations feel free to tell! There's still a lot of time until i buy it after all.
