Additional Comments: Due to circumstances I cannot control at home, this *must* be a Shuttle style/HTPC case, new router is included in the price as my aging wireless G 100M router needs upgraded.
I'll be putting in my DVD burner from my existing system and hopefully my 1 TB WD data hard drive. My concerns are 1) if everything will fit 2) will I have heat issues and 3) quietness. My "man cave" is being repurposed, so the computer is moving into our bedroom where space will be limited, thus the need for a shuttle style build.
The shuttle style is pretty much what I'm limited to. Would a Lian Li Aluminum case help disperse heat a little better?
If that's so, then I'd be willing to shell out the extra money for the case a power supply and get rid of the card reader. Devices with memory cards plug in via USB, so it's more of a convenience add on. I'd also be willing to downgrade the mobo to help with the costs.
