BF3 Texture Problem. Need input.

I have noticed in Battlefield 3 textures seem to flicker rapidly when I am looking at something far away through a sniper scope or just in general. Textures flicker at a distance. This is my second GTX 580, I had to RMA my first on because of artifacts. I have done a clean install of my drivers and my temps stay around 60C.

Dunno what causes it, I have seen it a lot on professional quality quadro cards tho.
