VGA problem

Hello,
I've got a geforce 8800 GTS which was working fine on windows 7 till a week ago. It Just crashed on screen and once re started the machine the display was on VGA mode and with green waves all over the screen. Also at start up I get green squares and lines during post. Tried reinstaling drivers but does not accept drivers.

It does sound like your video card is failing - those display artifacts are a symptom of that. The fact that the drivers are not accepted during a reinstall again supports this.

But before we jump ahead check your temperatures using TechPowerUp's GPU-Z, see if they're normal.
