It takes about 10-15 tries before I can turn on my computer, I'm gonna buy a new setup, but I like my tower and would like to keep it. I'm curious is there a way to tell if it's my mobo or tower causing this issue to happen? thanks

The only thing that your tower has to do with it is the switch
Swap the reset switch for the power switch
Doubt it will make a difference

so it is the switch you think? the reset button is smaller...i might just keep the tower and if i got to push the button a hundred times to get it on oh well! lol maybe i need to check the wires

I'd say you'd need new PSU. Looks like your current one developed bad caps problem.
