Budget PC for light gaming

Hi can you give me recommendations about upgrading my pc.I'm building a light gaming pc for The Sims 3 and its expansion packs.I'm only gonna upgrade the video card and my processor but I might upgrade my ram too so here is my build:


Amd Sempron 140 2.7GHZ
1.75ram
Asrock 880 GM LE mobo
Ati 4250 onboard


And I'm still gonna buy a PSU and a brand new case.So can you give me guys a low budget build thanks in advance
