6950 low fps (help)

I play wow on almost ultra setting everything max besides 8xAA and low shadows and i am getting very low FPS in the main citys and in 25 man raids. Some times dipping to 14-20 fps in raids. i have the latest drivers

cpu- 1090t oc 3.97
8 gig memory
1000w psu
asus croshair IV mobo

Try disabling your addons and see if it helps. Many outdated addons are known to cripple fps. If it does help, enable them 1 by one to find out who's the FPS killer.

tryed taking off the add on's and it did not help. Idk i feel my rig should be doing at least a little bit better then what it is doing now and since i got it
