The bad part about the d2h is that any dual slot video card will cover the data connections on the board. The s2h is only about $15 more and will not be covered.

Well I was about to point a similar but I thought that 70$ would go off budget. MSI PH61A-P35 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel H61 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130609 (this is an ATX not mATX ;p)
But its similar to what you posted so I think its okie ^^
