Good CPU for a decent price?

Hey I'm looking toward upgrading my GPU on a tower given to me.

I'm picking up an 800W PSU and I figured the next thing to go since I already upgraded the CPU and RAM is the GPU. So, what would be a good GPU for a price range of about $80 - $150 that supports DX11 and PCI-e?

Thanks in advance.
