You can pick a battery up on Ebay for around $9. Try this
link:-(http://search.ebay.com/f330-batteries_W0QQsofocusZbsQQsbrftogZ1QQfromZR10QQfclZ3QQsofindtypeZ0QQfrppZ50QQsacatZ-1QQa25563Z-24QQa14Z-24QQa25565Z-24QQa25564Z-24QQa10244Z-24QQgcsZ1420QQpfidZ1721QQreqtypeZ1QQpfmodeZ1QQalistZa25563Q2Ca14Q2Ca25565Q2Ca25564Q2Ca10244Q2Ca24197Q2Ca3801QQpf_queryZSonyQ20FD-91QQflocZ1QQsargnZ-1QQsaslcZ2QQfsopZ1QQfsooZ1).
Also, as there is no viewfinder you may find that on sunny days it is
difficult seeing the image thru the LCD screen. There is a sunshade
available that is great. It goes under the name JAR but don;t have any
further info.

The FD-91 does have an eye-level EVF, though I still found mine hard to
use on a bright sunny day - I have bad eyes, so your mileage may vary...
I don't have the FD-91 any more, but it is still working well for my
cousin more than five years later.
The Sony NP-F550 battery should give a decently large number of photos,
but they do tend to get tired after a couple years and many charge
cycles. I had four of them for my CD-1000 - after four years, two of
them were pretty much done for. Not too bad, really, after tens of
thousands of images.
If you can, try for the actual Sony batteries, I seem to recall some
folks having problems with the knock-offs as the Sony's include a chip
that talks to the camera about how it is feeling.
