Upgrading my friend's gfx card

Hey guys, since I bought sapphire 6950 dirt 3 edition gfx card, I'm also selling my Sapphire 4890 and my friend decided to buy it.

I'm wondering if his CPU would bottleneck the gfx card.

Here are his specs:
Mobo: Asus P5KPL-AM
Upgrading from: Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7300 @ 2.66GHz
Memory: 3,50 GB ram DDR2


How many watts of power supply would I need for 4890?
