Alot of bad reviews about that cooler. If you are going to overclock you would be much better off with a Hyper 212+ or Hyper 212 Evo. You might as well stay with the stock cooler over the one you have picked out.

Power supply is absolute junk. The power supply is the most important part of your computer and not somewhere to save a buck. If you need to save money go with a cheaper motherboard or just get DDR3 1600 for $46. That is an expensive motherboard for AMD.

Here is a much better power supply that is fully modular for $69 after rebate.

Here is a great nonmodular power supply for $55 after rebate.

Is this any better?

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
OCZ 600W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

i read a lot of good reviews of these but if I'm wrong though please tell me

The cooler is alot better but either of the 2 power supplies I listed are better than the OCZ. The OCZ is a decent unit though. You only need a good 500w power supply for what you have listed so either of the 2 I recommended give you plenty of headroom.
