They're both 7200 RPM drives - I've used both and I don't really notice a significant difference between the two.

That build looks really good - what case are you planning to get to go with that or do you already have one?

I like Corsair cases but that does look a bit cramped. You could pay the extra $10 and get the Carbide 400R.

black is expensive too! i really don't think spending $100+ on a HD is a wise decision.

With the shortages now the Caviar Black is almost twice as much as competing drives from Samsung and Seagate. That wouldn't be a good decision either.
