Approximate Purchase Date: Relatively Flexible, probably by the end of the month.

Budget Range: 1050 before rebates (i dont trust them)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Really only going to be gaming (Skyrim, Starcraft SW:TOR)

Parts Not Required: Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, Tiger direct (no sales tax )
Country: United States

Parts Preferences: I will definitely use an Intel CPU and a Asus mobo, had good experiences with both.

Overclocking: Yes, at least 4 ghz

SLI or Crossfire: Possibly in the future (EDIT)

1. Will my PSU be enough and should i get a modular one?
2. Is getting an SSD (either 60 gb or 30 gb) be worth it?
3. Is Ivy Bridge worth the wait?
4. How sexy is my case?

I just want to say, apparently I dont need to repair my car (awww yea) so i may be able to SLI in like a month or so.

So I will need a 650W PSU.

Are there any advantages to Patriot Signature?

I like the suggestion of a Hyper 212

If that's the case I would see about getting a Gen 3 board with better slot spacing and if you plan on pushing two of those cards you need a 750w psu for the fact a 650w psu is not going to cut it with two of those cards in SLI. Also that ROG isn't a board to be recommended on here for a dual card set up. It's a mATX board and has horrible slot spacing for dual cards. It's what we call on here a "sucker board". Too spendy for a single card set up, and pure crap for a dual card set up. I stuck the RAM in there for price point. Try this....

unfortunately, my car is broken DDDD:

so project postponed indefinitely (or until i get enough money again)
