Hello,people,

can somone help me? i let my xbox live membership run out and couldnt renew it with my card detals on the consol for what ever reason.

iv just been and spent £40 on a xbox live gold card and entered the redeem code and now it says " cant retrieve information from xbox live status code 80169D3A"

please can somone help me with this i am on the verge of lobing it out the window

go to the xbox website and log into your account, you should be able to edit the card details as well as add the code there, and then once you restart your xbox it will connect and get the updated information and settings.
