Dual cpu overheating

Hello,
my cpu is making a sound when turned on, makes so much noise after a while and turns off.

CPUs do not make noise unless something horribly wrong happened, usually accompanied with smoke signals.

Fans and other components around the CPU can be a different story. Since your problem description is so vague, I'm guessing your definition of "CPU" is the whole computer case.

Without more details, my initial guess would be heatsink not properly attached to the CPU which causes the fan to run at maximum speed until the CPU hits thermal shutoff.

The system error msg states that the computer shut down due to overheating.
