On the same piece of equipment, buy from whichever is less expensive. Both vendors are recommended.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?I...

This combo is a little more expensive than the higher priced kit from tigerdirect (about $50) but will have much better components. The cases are both good quality, but you get a higher end motherboard, a really good power supply, better RAM, and includes a HD, which the MSI kit does not.

The first tigerdirect kit with the Thermotake case and stripped down MSI board I would shy away from as you may need to replace the PSU and might want a little better quality board.

(I actually would have bought this combo. I didnt see it until after I ordered my parts for my 2500k build.)
