GeForce 9500 GT
4 gigs of ram
AMD 7750 Dual-Core 2.70 GHz
Foxconn A74MX-K AM2+/AM2 AMD 740G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

and thinking of buying a Radeon HD 5670 ddr5, now can my current specs run it or will i be bottlenecking my pc?

It should be alright, if there's any bottleneck it won't be of importance.

I suggest 6670

I think your PSU should do fine. I check this http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/sapphire_hd6670... and system Power consumption is all below 300W. But I must to know what brand is the PSU. And, do your Motherboard support Pci-E 2.0? If no, then it is better for you to get a complete new system because your motherboard will not support 6670. Your system is too old right now. I will give you the parts.

Yes it is PCI-E 2.0.

i just opened my case and it says total power = 330w and max output = 480 w

Yeah definitely get the 6670 at least. It's only 9 dollars more.
