brower to use non default email program

is it possible to configure a browser in windows to use
an email program that is not the default or at least to
give me a choice of email programs when i click on mailto
links?

i am using windows xp pro sp 2. outlook is my default and
i'd like to keep it that way, but i'd also like to use
another email program (eudora or thunderbird).
