Temperature problem

just made my new pc build

corsair h80 water cooler
intel i-5 3.3ghz processor

core temps say 65 to 72 c

isnt this high? why? what can I check..have good thermal paste between cpu and cooler

is this under load or idle?

complete 100% load..but even that..isn't that too much..

idle is 32C to 40C

If that is load under prime it is fine, if it is gaming load then it is too high! My feeling though if you are stock clocks you should be able to get lower temps so check your cooler install.
