he says I can not find driver for hp deskjet 3325 in Internet conpatiple with win7 (32bit). There is no dedicated driver for windows 7. Use a compatible driver. Read this. Il n'ya pas de pilote dédié pour Windows 7. Utilisez un pilote compatible. Lisez ceci.

I think you're wrong about that. That driver seems to be the opposite of what the OP wants: "Installing the Printer with an Alternate Driver in Windows 7 for a USB Cable Connection"
