I would like to pay under $100 for the speakers and under $100 for the sound card. But if i could get somthing cheap that will be good enough for games music and movies - nothing too serious im fine with it.

I would get x-fi forte, it's about that price and some people say at the moment it's the best sound card for gamers, and your computer's for gaming, right?
For speakers, do you want 2.1 or 5.1(7.1 can probably not be bought for 100 dollars), but I did find these 2 speakers that are very good I red. BOSE® Companion® 2 Series I Multimedia Speaker System:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16836627003
You'd only probably have to still find those 2, since they're both not on sale where I looked.
