Ati radeomn hd 2400 catalyst control center not working properly

i have recently bought a second hand ati radeon hd 2400pro 256mb agp graphics card and did not get any cd of drivers with it. i have downloaded drivers from the internet fom amd.com ,they are installed properly but the catalyst control center does not open.i think the drivers i downloaded are not right if anyone finds good and working properly drivers do send me a link plz plz

i have tried installing the .net framework given in d link but during istallation it says "you must use turn windows features on or off to install or con figure .net framework
