Hello. This is the first time i have ever put a pc together. Was just wondering if i could get some feedback on the current system i have put together.

The system i have assembled is mainly for gaming. I would like to eventually add a 2nd graphics card and run 3 monitors. I was wondering if 2 6950 2gb would be able to handle a game like battlefield 3 on 3 monitors at 1920x1080? 1920x1080 is also the monitor resolution i would be running with.

The total of the build with tax comes out around $1375.00. That is without the OS too. If there is anyway i can cut corners and save myself some money, it would be great to know. I am really a newbie when it comes to PC's. Thanks for any advice. Its appreciated. I would rather not spend close to 1400. If i could cut off a couple hundred, that would be fantastic. Thanks.

Unfortunately they do not seem to stock the Coolermaster Hyper 212 plus or EVO models. These are a bit more modern with larger fans and better performance. You could always check other sites such as NCIX.com or Newegg.ca to see if they have one. You might also use those to compare prices.

In any case, that tall ram will interfere with most aftermarket coolers. Best to get the regular profile Vengeance.

Other than that, it looks like a great build.

I will definitely look at comparing prices to those 2 websites you mentioned, although with shipping, it may come out to more in the end. I actually live close enough to the tigerdirect store, i could just drive over. But if its a better deal, the shipping charges could be worth it.

Thanks for letting me know about the potential RAM issue. Never even took that into consideration.

Appreciate the response!
