Hi all.

I am after someone who scans 35mm negatives to decent quality digital
images.

I am non pro, so it doesn't need to be high quality drum scans, but of a
decent quality. Maybe 8MP equivalent?

I haven't used any of them, but if you search for film
scanning on Google you'll see large numbers of companies
that offer this service. When you find one that offers
the right service and price, maybe you could give them
a small number of negatives to do and see if they do a
good job for you.

scanning a negative to 3000 to 3500 dpi will do. 2800 is roughly 6mp. As
far as everyday labs are concerned that is hi res or higher. (speaking as
someone who has tested the res of a fuji frontier lab cd).

I've got a slightly older Canon 4000 DPI film scanner and lots of time.
E-mail me if you like. Remove the duplicate letters in my reply address.

Greg

Before I email you, can you post the first and last letters of your city, to
confirm that I am sending the email to the right person?

For example, if you live in Paris, the letters will be PS.
