What's the Difference between The GTX 570 #012-P3-1570-AR and the GTX 570 #012-P3-1571-KR and can they work together in SLI?

KR has 3 years limited warranty

And of course they will work together in SLI.

Starting a new build with 1 of each. I thought the MFR model # difference would not be a problem but wanted to make sure.

I'm starting a new build with 1 1570-AR and am getting a 2nd 1571-KR as a gift for my SLI config.

Didn't think it would be a problem but as I didn't know what the difference was in the Mfr model #'s, just wanted to make sure.
