The links don't work but from what I can see the build looks good.

As said previously, possibly consider a different PSU.

PSU recommended brands include: Corsair, XFX, SeaSonic, Antec.
Always look for 80PLUS ratings.
There are some other manufacturers that make good quality PSU's, especially at a lower budget. Google some reviews first however. Make sure your buying something of good quality.

It all works, but i might look into a better PSU and are you going to overclock your CPU? If so, get an aftermarket cooler like the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ or 212 EVO and if not, then save the money and get the i5-2400 and add that money to your GPU(get an HD 6950, something a little better) or something. Oh also the links aren't working.
