HP S3421P POWER SUPPLY maximum wattage

I am contemplating installing an ATI 4650 1GB low profile graphics card in an HP s3421p Slimline. But the card requests a 400 Watt PSU. The s3421p specs a 160 Watt! Is there a 400 Watt that will fit in the s3421p?

A Radeon HD 4650 only draws 37 Watts at most.

You'll need a Mini-ITX form factor power supply unit.
