Looking for PSU replacement

Lots of trouble shooting as pointed to the PSU being atleast in some small way being bad.. *PC shuts off randomly but only when playing games*


I currently have a Lepa B850 but need a replacement for it.


Specs
i5 2500k
GTX 560 ti
8gigs DDR3 ram

I know the 850 is overkill but that just leaves plenty of room to overclock and SLI down the line.

By the way I want to add that the PSU I will end up getting will be atleast semi modular.

you not need more than a 650 watts PSU for that SLI configuration.+

System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 449W
Difference (GPU load) = 248W
Add average IDLE wattage ~ 50W
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 298 Watts

The lepa is a goodpower supply unless you just got a bad one.
Download Hardware monitor and set it to record to a log file.
Let it run in the background while you play a game.
When computer turns off Restart and post the log file results.
Temperatures and voltages.
It could be a bum power supply or overheating. The log file will tell us more.

Unless there is a better deal with would it be possible to SLI 560 tis and possible overclock on a Corsair Tx750m I might just get that.

Ok I'll do that for you I have HW monitor.

By the way for the longest time the PSU worked fine.

But now its getting worse idle/netflix has zero problems tho.

Where do you shop online?

Amazon is the best place but what ever has the best deal, even locally could work. I do have amazon prime tho.
