Ati 6670 on a AMD Sempron 140

Hi is it ok to have an Ati 6670 on an AMD sempron 140 because I'm on a very tight budget.

Here is my PC specs:

AMD Sempron 140 2.7GHZ
1.75GB Ram
Asrock 880GM LE

I'm about to boy it with a new PSU and a new PC case and is it ok?

yes its fine but i would go with more ram and keep your current case if your budget is that tight.
