Hello, just finished building my new rig a few days ago. I am a bit concerned with temps since when I first booted up I would get a cpu fan error that would knock me into Bios. Had to lower the min. rpm limit to bypass it. Fan speeds are usually in the red, averaging 300+ rpm during idle.

Also had trouble mounting the heatsink. Couldn't screw it in so had to lift and shuffle it quite a bit before I finally screwed it in place. Now I'm concerned about the thermal paste after all that.

Right now it's stock, haven't OCed it yet. Will do it once I finish stress tests.

Ambient: about 20c

Idle: 30-34c
Load: 48-52c

Vcore/Vccsa looks somewhat high.
Idle: around 40c
Load: Vcore around 64-70c, Vccsa 56-60c

Your CPU temps look good and the others are VRM temps, almost definitely, that are always pretty high. Nothing to worry about.
