What program to check temps?

Hey, which program can I get for checking temperatures?

Coretemp, realtemp, speedfan, theres lots of free lowprofile temp programs
**Edit, hwm or hardware monitor is another useful one, monitors a fair few bits of info for you

K, downloaded speedfan. Looks like the highest temp is my GPU at 57C. But the fan is only running at 12%, which seems really slow... I'm not a computer guy is that slow?

I use CoreTemp for CPU & GPUz for GPU temps & load.

No, its automatically controlled usually, if you use a program like Amd's catalystengine or Rivatuner for example you can alther the Gpu's fanspeed, but Gpu's do run hotter than Cpu's, a cpu at 90'C is a worry, not so with a Gpu
I prefer coretemp personally as I can set it up on my taskbar to monitor at a glance without having to open it up
but if you want to whack your gpu fan/fans up, use the Catalyst control centre/engine, thats the easiest way,

Okay, thanks for the help. Also one more quick question. Is there any downside to say, running a fan at 50% all the time? Other than it being louder. Thanks in advance.

Louder and it will wear out sooner, apart from that all cooling is good cooling
keep the heatsink clean and the fan greased, you should be fine for some time to come,
