Hello, my current rig consists of:
Amd Phenom II x4 925 @ 2.8ghz
Sapphire HD Radeon 6850
Corsair 8g (2x4gig) Cheap-o Ram @ 1.5v
Corsair Enthusiast Series 650w power supply V2
I am looking at upgrading to a new motherboard to crossfire the 6850 (so 2x 6850), get the AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz 8 Core Processor, and then get another 8g kit of ram.
Will i need to upgrade my 650w power supply for this upgrade? Thanks.

No, the Corsair 650w is an excellent psu.
The 6850 will run on a 500w psu:

Adding a second will take less than 150w extra.

But...
It looks like your interest is gaming, so I think you should re-evaluate your plan.
Bulldozer was a disappointment for gamers, check out some FX-8150 reviews. Your X4 925 is about as good.
On Tom's most recent list of the best gaming cpu's for the money, there are no AMD chips in any price category.

Since you are thinking of a motherboard change, why not go with a Z77 based motherboard and a sandy/ivy bridge cpu of some sort?
