Will Phenom 9500 Quad bottleneck HD 6670??

Hello, my current PC has the following specs:

Phenom 9500
HD 3650
2GB DDR2 800MHz RAM
LC Power Supersilent 600W
MSI k9n6pgm2-v2 MOBO

First of all, is my mobo is compatable with HD 6670 ?
I want to upgrade my graphics card to Powercolor HD 6670 DDR3 1gb. I m wondering will my current CPU be enough for that card?
I m also wondering how will this set up handle skyrim and oblivion @ 1024x768 resolution. I would like to play skyrim on at least medium settings if i can.
Also how much of performance improvement will HD 6670 be over HD 3650??

I also plan on overclocking my CPU, so i m wondering, will some cheaper cooler such as HyperX TX3 be enough for reaching 2.4-2.6 GHz?
Also i m still concerned about my mobo. Is there a large performance difference between DDR2 and DDR3 memory? Cuz my mobo only supports DDR2 @ 800mhz so if i buy 2X2 gb DDR3 memory i don't know if it will be compable with my mobo...

to overclock from 2.4-2.6GHz u need to have decent aftermarket cooler and it also depend on ur Chip how much and how far it can get with less volt cosumption = less heat and the RAM compatibilty depend on which mobo ur using if it support ddr3 then only it ll support

The hyper TX3 is perfect (I have one, runs my Phenom II X2 @ 3.72GHz cool) DDR2 is fine for your CPU and is the only RAM compatible with it anyways.

is this above ur Mobo then it does not support DDR3 only DDR2 533/667/800,Supports a maximum memory size up to 8GB.

well abt ur urpgrade from hd 3650 to HD 6670 yes definetly there ll lot of difference from the card u are using at now and no idea abt how much diff well for getting rough estimation u can check the toms graphic card heriachy chart those are graded as per bench scores.
