570 or 560ti??

Help all...fighting with a decision on what to buy?...Built a new PC with i5-2500k....which video card should i buy? Here are what I am between....Zotac 560Ti $199 or Zotac GTX 570 for $285. The 570 tho is ZT-50203-10M which has apparently been discontinued. Does anyone know why? Suggestions??

I would go with the 560ti. That's what I choose over the 570. You can always Overclock the 560ti (like me) and have about the same performance as a 570.
