I don't know what a "super flower" is so I would say junk the PSU if you want to run SLI. I'd take a 7950 over those 2 in SLI though, unless you are getting a deal on them
Well there are a couple of ways to upgrade this system.
* You have 6 gb's of DDR2, which is plenty for most people. * Your Motherboard a good one and doesn't really need an upgrade, unless your wanting an AM3+ mobo or are wanting to move over to an Intel build (which it currently doesn't look like you want an Intel build). * Your CPU is a good all around CPU and shouldn't hold you back on too many things on the extreme end and you can OC it a bit to get free speed boost. * Looks like your PSU should be good, although I'm not 100% sure about it (don't know this brand). Your PSU has these traits as far as I know:
Support all Intel and AMD Dual Core and Quad core and its compatible Motherboards, ATX/BTX compliant.
★EPS 12V Ver2.92 with 6 sets of individual 12V output. ★PCI-E power plugs are setup in a 6+2 configuration for the latest graphic cards. ★Patent 14cm LED Low Noise Fan, Great air flow for heat dissipation. ★Multiple Protection Design OVP,OPP,SCP ★Three adjustable lighting section ★Switches on/off test for more than 2000 times. ★Passed 80 PLUS® Bronze Certification, which has the Power Efficiency≧82%
* Case is good. * HD should be fine. * LCD looks good too.
Here is what I'd suggest:
* Get a 64 or 128 SSD for fast boot times and overall snappiness of the system. * Obviously upgrade the GPU (assuming your wanting better gaming performance). * OC your CPU for added speed, unless you want to replace it.
This is what I'd consider. I don't know your budget, but your system if generally pretty good (except the GPU if your gaming). I don't know if your having issues or whatnot, but that is where I'd start. Otherwise you would need to replace/upgrade the CPU/Mobo/RAM (if you go with a DDR3 based mobo)/GPU.

A single video card solution may be given consideration over your 2x560 SLI idea (which is, no doubt, beyond a GTX580 in performance).
Count me in on the HD7950 suggestion -- that is really the best improvement you can make -- along with another 2GB stick of RAM so you may run 4x2GB in dual channel.
edit -- An SSD is always good but it won't add to your gaming pleasure.
