I don't know what a "super flower" is so I would say junk the PSU if you want to run SLI. I'd take a 7950 over those 2 in SLI though, unless you are getting a deal on them

also why would you replace the monitor? unless you want to go to 2550x1440 (or whatever the numbers are) there's no point

Well there are a couple of ways to upgrade this system.

* You have 6 gb's of DDR2, which is plenty for most people.
* Your Motherboard a good one and doesn't really need an upgrade, unless your wanting an AM3+ mobo or are wanting to move over to an Intel build (which it currently doesn't look like you want an Intel build).
* Your CPU is a good all around CPU and shouldn't hold you back on too many things on the extreme end and you can OC it a bit to get free speed boost.
* Looks like your PSU should be good, although I'm not 100% sure about it (don't know this brand). Your PSU has these traits as far as I know:

Support all Intel and AMD Dual Core and Quad core and its compatible Motherboards, ATX/BTX compliant.

★EPS 12V Ver2.92 with 6 sets of individual 12V output.
★PCI-E power plugs are setup in a 6+2 configuration for the latest graphic cards.
★Patent 14cm LED Low Noise Fan, Great air flow for heat dissipation.
★Multiple Protection Design OVP,OPP,SCP
★Three adjustable lighting section
★Switches on/off test for more than 2000 times.
★Passed 80 PLUS® Bronze Certification, which has the Power Efficiency≧82%

* Case is good.
* HD should be fine.
* LCD looks good too.

Here is what I'd suggest:

* Get a 64 or 128 SSD for fast boot times and overall snappiness of the system.
* Obviously upgrade the GPU (assuming your wanting better gaming performance).
* OC your CPU for added speed, unless you want to replace it.

This is what I'd consider. I don't know your budget, but your system if generally pretty good (except the GPU if your gaming). I don't know if your having issues or whatnot, but that is where I'd start. Otherwise you would need to replace/upgrade the CPU/Mobo/RAM (if you go with a DDR3 based mobo)/GPU.

A single video card solution may be given consideration over your 2x560 SLI idea (which is, no doubt, beyond a GTX580 in performance).

Count me in on the HD7950 suggestion -- that is really the best improvement you can make -- along with another 2GB stick of RAM so you may run 4x2GB in dual channel.

edit -- An SSD is always good but it won't add to your gaming pleasure.

I think i will upgrade my Motherboard and Ram first as i do want to move onto DDR3.

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Motherboard It supports my current CPU but allows me to upgrade later on.

To tell the truth im not sure about ram but i found these G.Skill Ripjaws-X 8G Kit(4Gx2) DDR3 1866 F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL
http://www.msy.com.au/product.jsp?productId=8095

And as suggested OCZ Vertex 3 60GB SSD

In regards to a GPU something Nvidia since i have always used them and never had a problem.

ASUS GeForce GTX 560Ti DirectCU II TOP 1GB for now and later SLI.

Later on when i move to SLI i will also upgrade my CPU to a AMD FX-8150.

And for the psu any suggestions would be great. I am thinking Antec but i am not sure on the watt i need.

Btw thanks for all the help you guys rock :D

Review the Giga-Byte QVL list for qualification and/or verify compliance with the RAM manufacturer.

Be sure to update your BIOS, and be sure under the GB DualBIOS system that your backup BIOS is the same as the main BIOS.
