Overclocking 3570k

Hello Guys thank you so much for helping me decide IB or SB
I go with IB 3570k now i want to OC it but its my first time could you guys tell me what setting is good for 4.2Ghz?
I'm using Hyper 212 Evo and Asrock Extreme4 thank you guys

How to raise the Voltage? Is it CPU Voltage Offset?
