400$ to upgrade current old PC (PCI ONLY MOBO)

So I have been granted 400$ to upgrade my current PC. It is an HP Pavillion a819n with everything else stock exept the RAM and GPU http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport...

Upgraded to 2.5GB DDR Memory and a Geforce 6200.

Yeah sucky huh?

I'm not good at shopping because for some reason I cannot find a good upgrade for 400$

Can someone find the following

-Motherboard: Nothing special.. Just 1 that supports the current Pentium 4 Socket LGA755 and has at least 2 PCI Express

-GPU: for gaming But not to high end that it consumes my Budget. Mabey an HD Radeon 6770 or GTX 560

400$ Can go to that.

But I would also like to get a 1 or 2TB Hard drive if you can squeeze that in.

I have accounts on most sites and don't mind at all to sign up so:
-No site preference.

Hopefully with this I can play some new games Like SKYRIM MW3 BF3 Black ops NFS The run Etc

I do plan to build on this Build so Hoping to get a motherboard that I can put an i5 or i7 on

Thanks for your time in answering my question (If applicable.)

But will I be able to use my RAM on this motherboard? I don't want that 60$ to go to waste :o  Plus Can I just use my current Pentium? With that I can buy MW3 with the money to buy another processor.
