Buy another Canon s200 or a different type?

Hello, we have just lost our prized Canon Powershot s200. We need to
buy another camera and are tempted to just buy another S200. However
there are few things that we didn't like about it (very few). One is
the extremely slow time it takes to push the button, taking the
picture. The second is the red-eye problem. Other than that
everything is okay (once we upgrade the memory). We like the size, the
recharge, picture quality is okay, etc.

Any suggestions for another type of camera that would solve these
problems?
