Have S200, does it make sense to buy SD300 (another compac..

Hello experts!

I am a regular point and click digital camera user. I'm thinking to
upgrade my S200 to SD300 but does it make sense to buy another compact
camera? or is it better to go buy prosumer camera? The main reason for
my upgrade are, of course the larger megapixel and ability to shoot non
stop video. Another reason is IMO S200 low light no-flash option is
super shaky even on Auto mode (does SD300 performs better in low light
no-flash condition?)

I like the ability to have the camera in my pocket without necessarily
lugging it around (and SD300 is even smaller then my S200!) but if it
doesn't make sense I will probably shop around for prosumer type
camera.
