Tall order for $1000. Below is an i3 system that will do the job for you for about $700 after rebates. You don;t want to run SLI or XFire.

The i3 is fine for gaming. To run BF3 on high you need to foucs on the video card. Anything in the AMD 6800/6900 series should do a good job. However, reading the forums on BF3 people running high end cards are still not satisfied.
