Ideas:
1) Take everything out of the case and do an external build to see if it will boot. You could have a short
2) Try one ram module

Hey Neal, i also agree you powersupply is junk. I would bring it back and get a better brand like corsair. Even if this one works, its worth the time to get a quality psu for no issues in the future.

Im thinking you have some wire hooked up wrong. Taking it out of the case would be ideal, but if you dont want to just disconnect everything just put the wires back one by one focusing on one piece at a time.

Also alot of motherboards have certain spots they like there ram to go in first. Just read the manual and make sure you put them in a recomended spots. You might want to try just one stick of ram like quiet pc said for the time being.

Take parts out, put them together and I'm starting and installing windows. Put it back in case with same setup as out of it and it won't even beep

So did you take it all out and install windows and it worked and then you put it all back in the case and it doesn't? If yes then you have a short somewhere. Are you using the offsets to keep the mobo off the metal case and are they all being used correctly? Nothing is grounding the mobo out?

The standoffs are where they are supposed to be. Im pretty sure they are being used correctly. What I noticed is the top two screw holes on the mobo don't have to complete ring around them they are open at the top. Is that normal or not?

Sorry to double post but just letting everyone know the power problem is now fixed. Yet now everytime I turn it on there is just a single very short beep but everything loads fine. I am also having the problems that i get a signal through the on board card but when I try to make the signal come through the video card I get nothing on screen but the computer starts up
