ATI Radeon HD 4250

I have a PC with a ATI Radeon HD 4250 integrated graphics card. I also just bought a 55" LG 1080P 120 htz TV and the screen goes blank every 5 minutes or so for about 1 or 2 seconds. During that time I lose sound too. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

sounds like the Graphics chip is getting hot. I would suggest to get a better card. Cold be some settings with CCC but that usually doesnt fix the issue you are describing in my experience.
