Yes, it will meet your GPU's requirements.

That has plenty for a single 6850 and it reviewed well at hardware secrets so you are good.

Looks like a good PSU for the price. You could probably even use two 6850s with that PSU.

Overpowered PSU for this VGA. If not going for crossfire you could get a cheaper and weaker one (if exists)
