Help Choosing Right Option

Hey Guys Please help me choose the right option Where ill go..
Purpose Of Rig: Mid-Gaming , All around Pc
I want to play games like MW3 ,DOTA 2(UPCOMING) , Or latest games
I have budget of $300 in Mobos,Rams,CPU
I already have 320gb SATA HDD, Enlight 450w(true rated),And A generic Casing.
My Max Resolution is 1600x1080 but its okay to play in 1280x1000 resolution
This is my options:

Option 1:
AMD A8-3870K 3.0 GHz
ASRock A75M-HVS
G. Skill Ripjaws X 4GBx2 DDR3 1600 CL9
Fractal Core 1000
(If i have a money again i will hybrid it into 6670 GPU or any higher gpu that able to hybrid in this APU, And the good for it i can buy a ATX which support longer GPU and good for cable management)

Option 2:
Processor, Intel Core i3-2100 3M Cache, 3.10 GHz
Memory, Kingston HyperX blu 4gb 4gbx1 DDR3 1600 CL9
vga: Power Color HD 6670 1gb/128bit ddr3
Motherboard, lga1155 ASRock AR-H61M-U3S3
(The Problem in this option is exclude the atx because my budget is tight, i will only use my generic casing, And if i have a money these coming months, i will upgrade my GPU into a higher card,)

Option 2:
Processor, Intel Dual Core G620 2.60GHz
Motherboard, lga1155 ASRock AR-H61M-U3S3
Memory, Kingston HyperX blu 4gb 4gbx1 DDR3 1600 CL9
vga: Sapphire HD 6770 1gb/128bit ddr5
(The Atx is excluded again because of my budget,And i will Upgrade my processor into i3 2110 or higher if i have money these coming months and Is this Bottleneck?)

My question in my all option ,Is Enlight 450w can capable all my options?

Out of those, i'd go for quote 2, but i wouldnt expect to be playing the latest games on high settings with any of those.

i would recommend to get 2 sticks of ram (2x2gb) so you have dual channel. Won't be a big problem though.
