New Gaming PC - 1200$

Oioi, I'm ordering a new build next week and i'm wondering if anyone has any remarks/suggestions.
I'm using it mostly to play World of warcraft, Starcraft 2 and a new released game now and then (Mass effect 3! )
Currently i have a old AMD dual core 6400+ black edition with DDR2 4 gig Ram and a MSI GTX 465. So my CPU is the bottleneck atm. Especially for games like wow and starcraft. I wont replace the GPU for now. Dont think it has ever worked on full capacity due to my old rig. My budget is 1000-1200$ (I live in belgium so that's 800 - 900 euro's). Oh, and my PSU is a Cooler Master real power pro 620W so i don't think i have to replace that one aswell.
