I have a new Dell Laptop and I want to use an external
keyboard. I have converted the Laptop to Brazil Potugues
and I want to use a Portugues Keyboard. Now when I
connect it via USB, the three ^Lock^ lights start
flashing but the keyboard will not work and there is no
selection for a Portugeus keyboard in the Windows
Software. Help!
Sincerely, Neil

Don't have an answer for you, but I congratulate you on having been able
