I am building this cheap gaming system for a young kid. He mainly plays older games so thats the reason for very cheap system.

Currently what I have in mind is:
AMD Athlon II X4 645 3,1Ghz
Gigabyte Radeon HD 6770 1Gb
Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2P Motherboard
Kingston 4Gb(2x2) DDR3 1066Mhz

I am wondering if the GPU will be a bottleneck in this system. These parts all together cost around 250€ from where GPU is 95€ and the CPU is another 95€. Motherboard is around 40€ and the memories are around 25€.

Can anyone suggest me a better GPU if this does not fit?
Any other comments?

6770 will play all the games even crysis and Metro maxed with 30fps. PS I think you should be able to squeeze a proper Phenom II x4 in that build for your same 95 Euro price

Don't get that PSU it's trash here is a good example of a decent low end PSU.

It looks good but it seems a bit too low wattage. I did a calculation and I need a 450W minimum.

No you rig is low power low end the CX 430 is plenty it is however a low end PSU like your build in question.

AMD Athlon II X4 645 = 95watt

Radeon HD 6770 = 100watt

mobo,ram,HDD = 60watt

total = 255watts rounded up for safety = 300watts max total system power draw.
