CPU BIOS HELP

Hey guys still having trouble getting my new CPU to work in my computer, http://us.gateway.com/gw/en/US/content/model/PT.GCCP2.003. im supposed to do the bios update i belive, but every time i try to do so, the BIOS remains the same, please help i need to use my new CPU!
